-Excellent answer to Q1 (although you go into too much detail!) You cover theories well in Q3 so clearly revised audience theory.

-Q3 needs to be an extended essay explaining both sides of the debate. In fact, you write more for Q1(6 marks) than Q3( 20 marks)
- Q3 is way too simplistic: a media student needs to at least question the idea the media is dangerous. What about giving audiences some credit?

2) Read the mark scheme for this assessment carefully. Identify at least one potential point that you missed out on for each question in the assessment.

 For question 1, i missed out one key term which was synergy and was not able to apply this key word in my answer.  

For question 2. i didn't write enough points for against therefore a negative for PSB is Young people are increasingly choosing to avoid paying the licence fee so long-term future of funding model isn’t viable.

For question 4, i was unable to finish the question due to time so i missed out alot potential audience theories such as the two-step model, dependency theory and hypodermic needle model etc.
 

3) On a scale of 1-10 (1 = low, 10 = high), how much revision and preparation did you do for this assessment?
I didn't revise enough in my opinion which reflected on the mark i got so therefore ill rank my self on the scale at 4.
 
4) Look at your answer for Question 1. Did you manage to write about three different strategies and three different benefits? It's vital you read the question and follow it exactly.
I gave more than three strategies just because i didn't know that many benefits for each one. I wrote at least one benefit and drawback for each strategy except synergy which i forgot to include in my answer.

5) Look at your answer for Question 2. Did you follow the question guidance and write about both the BBC and commercial broadcasters? What could you have added to this answer to reach a higher mark?
I was able to write how the BBC is funded and how it helps the PSB, however in my answer, i wasn't able to include something about commercial broadcasters due to lack of knowledge about the PSB as a whole.

6) Now look over your mark, teacher comments and the mark scheme for Question 3 - the 20 mark essay question on media effects theory. Write a new paragraph for this question based on the suggested theories/answers in the mark scheme. Make sure it is an extensive, detailed paragraph focused on the question and offering examples from the wider media. 

An audience theory that mostly agrees on this statement is the social learning theory by bandura. In this theory is implies that the audience imitate and model what the media shows. This could have an impact on the level of aggression and violence through imitating violent movies that the media provides. Another audience theory is moral panic, this is defined as the media creating tension, worries and concerns in people's lives. For example Donald trump being president generated fear ad anxiety amongst the audience. Consequently, this will lead to damaging the people's everyday life.
